13.1 Intellectual Property Rights
We retain all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any materials, reports, documents, or deliverables prepared by us in connection with this engagement, unless specifically stated otherwise by law.
You may use such materials only for the purposes for which they were supplied. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or sublicense any part of our work without our prior written consent.
13.2 Use of Our Name
You are not permitted to use our name, logo, or any reference to our firm in any public statement, communication, or document without our prior written approval. The only exception to this restriction applies to statements or disclosures that are legally required to be made public under applicable laws or regulations.
