22.1 No Rights for Third Parties
Unless expressly agreed in writing, **only parties to this engagement** may enforce its terms. No third party shall have any rights under the **Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999**, or any subsequent enactment, to enforce any term of this agreement. This does not affect any rights or remedies available outside of that Act.
22.2 Reliance and Responsibility
All advice and deliverables provided by us are intended **solely for your use** and **are confidential to you**. They do not constitute advice for, nor may they be relied upon by, any third party — including but not limited to:
* Any group company not explicitly named in the engagement letter,
* Your spouse, family members, or employer.
We accept **no responsibility or liability** to third parties for any aspect of our services or materials shared with them unless we have expressly agreed in writing that a named third party may rely on specific work.
Let us know if you require reliance letters or third-party disclosures in any specific engagements.
