23.1 Written Advice Prevails
In the course of delivering our services, we may provide advice, comments, or interim findings orally or in draft form. However, only final written advice or deliverables should be relied upon.
If you wish to rely on advice provided verbally (e.g. during meetings or phone calls), you must request that it be confirmed by us in writing. Advice is valid only as of the date given, and we do not accept responsibility for any consequences arising from reliance on outdated or unconfirmed oral advice.
