Accountant Services Agreement

This Accounting service agreement entered effect as date mentioned above. 

BETWEEN

You hereinafter referred to as the "Client", collectively referred to as the "Parties."

RR ACCOUNTANTS

Hereinafter referred to as the "Accountant”.

AND

AND

WHEREAS the client requires accounting services/tax return filing services 

WHEREAS the accounting firm will provide the requested services

WHEREAS the parties enter into an agreement to define the terms and conditions of services.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows.

Our Fee: Mentioned in the Fee section usually, from £150 Per Tax Year. 

1. Scope of Services  

1.1 The accountant will provide the following accounting services, based on the information, explanation, and records maintained and information provided by the client The Accountant agrees to provide.

Preparation of self-employed accounts

Tax return filing services.

1.2 Reasonable Care: Accountant will provide services with reasonable care, 

2. Additional Services 

Accountant reference / letters will be charged from £50 per letter when required.

Any additional services will be discussed with the client separately and will be charged separately. 

3. Term:

This Contract shall commence on the as the signing date and shall continue for a period of three (3) years unless terminated earlier under the terms of this Contract.

4. Renewal:

Upon the expiration of the initial three (3) year term, this Contract shall automatically renew for successive three (3) year terms. a new contract will not need signing and the current contract will continue. unless either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the then-current term.

4. Termination:

Either Party may terminate this Contract prior to the expiration of the term for any reason upon giving written notice to the other Party at least thirty (30) days in advance. 

In the event of termination by the Client, the Client shall pay the accountant the full fee for the remaining period of the Contract.

5. Fee & Charges:     

The client shall pay the accountant fee for the services rendered. The fee may be based on an hourly rate, fixed fee, or any other agreement. 

The fee must be paid before any tax return is filed with HMRC. No tax returns/filing will be filed till the fee is paid. If the fee is not paid on time legal action is required. The client will have to pay legal costs for both parties.

The Client agrees to pay the accountant fees as agreed and mentioned in the contract. An annual increase of 5% will apply.

6. Transfer of data

An admin fee of £250 will apply for the transfer of data to a client or any third-parties.

7. Confidentiality:

 The accountant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Client.

If you have any queries, concerns, or complaints about our work for you, we shall investigate the matter carefully and do all we can to explain the position to you.

9. Limitation and liability The accountant firm's liability to the client for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or the services provided hereunder shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client to the accounting firm under this agreement.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.
