9.1 Mode of Communication
Unless you instruct us otherwise in writing, we will communicate with you and any authorised third parties via email or other electronic means, where appropriate. This includes sending and receiving documentation, updates, and commercially sensitive information.

If you prefer to avoid these risks, you must notify us in writing and we will revert to paper-based communications, except where electronic submission is required by law or regulation (e.g. with HMRC or Companies House). You accept that this may result in higher costs and slower response times.
9.3 Communication Security Warning
We will never change our bank account details via email or telephone alone. Any such notification will always be confirmed in writing via posted letter.
If you receive any email or call appearing to change our bank details, do not act on it — it is likely fraudulent. Similarly, when providing your own bank account details to us, please do so by post or in person, in addition to email.
We do not accept any liability for losses suffered due to fraudulent communications purporting to be from us or from you.
9.4 Postal Communication
Any communication sent by post or DX shall be deemed to arrive two working days after the date of dispatch to your last known postal address.
9.5 Access to Government Portals
Where we access online services on your behalf (e.g. HMRC, Companies House), we may have access to more data than strictly required. We will only access, use, or process information reasonably necessary for carrying out our professional services in accordance with this engagement.

You are responsible for ensuring that we are always provided with your most up-to-date and accurate email, telephone, and postal address details. We will not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to do so.
